Our latest webinar, hosted by the Civic University Network and jointly delivered by UPP Foundation and The Bridge Group saw the launch of a new report on the benefits for social equality of retaining graduates locally. The research underpinning this report was undertaken by the Bridge Group, with support from the UPP Foundation.
Hosted by Richard Brabner (Director, UPP Foundation) the webinar included a presentation from Dr Penelope Griffin (Director of Higher Education and Impact, The Bridge Group) providing an overview of key findings and recommendation from the report. A panel of speakers then discussed how to take the key findings forward, utilising their knowledge and experience in these issues.
The panel included:
Sir David Bell: Vice Chancellor, University of Sunderland
Rebecca Fielding: Founder and Managing Director, Gradconsult
Paul Blackmore: Head of Student Employability & Academic Success, University of Exeter
